How do I order cookies?

Head over to the Custom Order Request page and fill out the information requested. I will reach out to you from there and confirm your order.

How much notice is needed for orders?

A minimum of 2 weeks is preferred, providing there is availability. I recommend at least one month notice to ensure you get the date you want. This also allows me to order any additional specialized items I may need to make your order perfect. Trust me, it is in your favor to book sooner rather than later! It is important to note that Holiday seasons will fill up quickly. Even if you do not have all of your details ironed out yet, message me and I will get you on my calendar.

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

All cookies come heat sealed. This guarantees cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. If I happen to be booked the week of your event, you can place an order for an earlier week and choose to freeze your order.

Cookies FREEZE very well and can stay fresh and yummy for about 3 months. In fact, I prefer cookies that have previously been frozen! Somehow they wind up with a softer bite!

Follow these instructions for the best results: Place cookies in freezer safe plasticware and place in freezer. Take them out the night before and place on the counter WHILE STIIL IN THE FREEZING CONTAINER. It is very important to keep the cookies in the container they were frozen in until they are completely thawed - overnight is recommended. Taking them out of their freezing container too early can cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.

I keep care card instructions on hand, and am happy to include one in your order if desired.

What flavors do your cookies come in?

All of my cookies come standard as vanilla-almond flavored, they are super yummy!! It is very important to me that the cookies not only look good, but taste even better. Seasonal flavors are occasionally available.

Do you ship?

I get this question a lot! As a home based baker, I am governed by the Cottage Laws in Oklahoma. Unfortunately due to these laws I am prohibited from shipping cookies.

If you would no longer like to place the order, you must cancel 2 weeks prior to you pick up date. I turn away other orders when I secure your date, and often will special order cutters, airbrushing stencils, sprinkles, etc to make your order just perfect for your specifications. While I understand things can at times not go as planned, please bear in mind that I am a small, home-based business, one-lady show and really try to do right by my customers. Your compliance to the refund policy ensures I can keep this business going.
